Unimart is a three-sided campus marketplace built for Nigerian university students. It lets students buy and sell used goods, advertise services like plumbing and catering, and transfer lodges directly to incoming students — cutting out agents and their fees entirely. The platform is deliberately free, sustained by voluntary donations triggered at the moment a listing is successfully closed. Built with a modular monolith backend, background job processing for listing expiry and email notifications, and a mobile-first Next.js frontend designed for mid-range Android devices on variable network conditions.
Mobile app and web platform where students can order foodstuffs online instead of going to the market themselves. Built with React Native and Node.js. Turned profitable from the first week of launch — a direct result of solving a real pain point for a captive, underserved campus market.
Web platform that lets students at UNN order books from the university bookstore without standing in long queues. Digitised the entire ordering workflow: catalogue browsing, order placement, and pickup scheduling. Eliminated the manual friction that previously cost students hours per semester.
Full-stack fashion e-commerce store built on the MERN stack. Features a shareable wishlist system where users can share their selections with friends using just an 8-character ID — no account required from the recipient. Clean shopping experience with a focus on social discovery.
Automated SMS outreach pipeline for tax-delinquent property leads. Upload a CSV, score and enrich contacts via a configurable scoring engine, trigger outbound SMS through the QUO API, and manage inbound replies — all from a mobile-first Expo dashboard. Built with per-user API key isolation, Google OAuth, a Playwright scraper for DCAD Dallas County records, and a BullMQ job pipeline for async processing.
Real-time sports arbitrage detection across six Nigerian bookmakers (Bet9ja, Sportybet, BetKing, 1xBet, MarathonBet, 22bet). Playwright scrapers handle live odds ingestion with deduplication logic to suppress stale opportunities. A subscription-based alert system with per-user filtering, single-device session enforcement, and weekly billing via Paystack powers the SaaS layer.
Modular monolith backend for a three-sided marketplace serving Creators, Merchants, and Agencies. Role-based access control, campaign management, analytics, and a clean multi-tenant architecture designed to scale without a full rewrite. Built through a disciplined 15-batch spec process.
